  1. Log in to your Wise account
Open your Wise account on desktop or in the app. Your dashboard will show an overview.

  2. Go to “Statements” or “Activity”
Find the section called “Statements” or “Activity.” This shows your full transaction history. It’s usually in the main menu or under a specific balance (like USD or EUR).

  3. Select the account and date range
Choose the currency you need (for example, USD if you need dollar transactions). Then select the date range for the transactions you want to export — custom, monthly, or yearly.

  4. Choose your export format
Wise offers several file formats. Click “Download” or “Generate statement” to get your file.

    • CSV: Best for Excel or Google Sheets. Editable raw data.

    • PDF: Good for visual reference or admin records, not ideal for data import.

    • XLS (Excel): Opens nicely formatted in Excel.

    • QIF / OFX: Used for direct import into accounting software.

  5. Download your statement
Click “Download” or “Generate statement.” The file will be saved to your device.

  6. Import into your accounting software
Upload the downloaded file to your Yuki account. Place it in the “uitzoeken yuki” (to be sorted) folder.

  7. Check and process transactions
Once imported, review all transactions. Match them with invoices or expenses, and categorize any unassigned items correctly.
This keeps your records accurate and makes managing your Wise transactions fast and simple, so you can focus on growing your business.
