1. Log in to your bunq account
Open the bunq app and sign in with your credentials.
Go to the Home tab to see all your bank accounts.

2. Select the account
Choose the account you want to export transactions from.

3. Open account settings
Tap the settings icon (⚙️) next to that account.
Select “Export statement.”

4. Configure your export
Set the date range for your export — last month, quarter, or a custom period.
Choose MT940 as the file format, suitable for most accounting systems.

5. Export and save the file
Tap “Export statement.”
You can open it directly, save it to your device, or share it via email, depending on your preferences.


6. Import into your accounting software
Upload the CSV (Revolut) or MT940 (bunq) file to your accounting tool, such as Yuki or Exact.
Review the imported transactions and categorize them correctly to keep your records accurate and up to date.
