Knab Transactions as an MT940 File

1. Log in to your Knab account

Go to the Knab login page and sign in with your username and password.

2. Navigate to “Debits and Credits”

In the main menu, click “Pay.”
Then select the “Debits and Credits” tab to view your transaction overview.

3. Use the “Accounting Export” function

Click “Accounting Export” to open the export page where you can generate statement files.

4. Select the desired period

Choose the date range for which you want to download your transactions.
Keep in mind that the MT940 file is always one business day behind, so today’s transactions will not be included.

5. Download the MT940 file

Click “Download Selection” to generate and save the MT940 file to your computer.
Store the file in a location that’s easy to find so you can quickly import it into your accounting software, such as Yuki, Exact, or Twinfield.
