What Do I Need to Submit to Yuki? (Checklist)

For efficient and error-free bookkeeping, it’s essential to upload the correct documents to Yuki every month.

Below is a clear monthly checklist of what you need to upload in the “Select Yuki” folder within your Yuki dashboard.


Turnover

1. Invoices to B2B customers
Upload all invoices you’ve sent to your business customers.
Ensure the first invoice of the year starts with the correct number and that the numbering remains sequential.
Upload them under “Sent invoices” in Yuki.

2. Shopify order list
Export an order list from Shopify showing all orders for the selected period.
Upload this file to Yuki so your sales and transactions can be processed accurately.


Costs

1. Received invoices
Upload all invoices you’ve received, including:

  • Advertising costs (Meta, Google, TikTok, agencies)

  • Shopify invoices (subscriptions, transaction fees)

  • Staff costs (Fiverr, freelancers, salaries)

  • Coaching invoices (mentorships, online courses)

  • Software and subscriptions (Klaviyo, Dropship.IO, Loom, Zoom, MPP Networks, etc.)

  • Business purchases in the Netherlands (Bol.com, Coolblue, Mediamarkt, office equipment)

  • Receipts for business meals

  • Fuel receipts (if you use a car for business purposes and pay additional tax)

Where to upload:
Place all invoices and receipts in the “Select Yuki” folder.


Banks & Payments

1. Credit cards and business accounts

  • Upload an AMEX transaction export to Yuki.

  • Upload a PayPal export containing all transactions.

  • If you have other business accounts not linked to Yuki, create a CSV export and upload it manually.


Other Matters

1. Major financial decisions
Inform us if:

  • You made a large purchase (e.g., car, expensive equipment).

  • You have funds on hold with a supplier — we’ll account for this in your cash flow.

  • You’ve received questions from your bank or the Tax Administration — we’ll help you respond correctly.

Where to upload:
All these documents should be uploaded in the “Select Yuki” folder.
This ensures your administration remains structured and complete.
